The challenge of redesigning an existing structure to create something entirely different in terms of function, space, and style, is one always welcome by the AGR team. This project required a remodeling of a semi-detached residential building to house a clinic and a mess for the officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps. The Officers’ mess building was designed as a modern-contemporary styled building, which is consistent from the external facade, through all internal spaces. The asymmetrical design, stone clad walls, extensive use of glass, an artificial water fall, and interesting projections all around the building add up to create an interesting holistic structure. The interior of the building has been tastefully finished to reflect a chic ambience. The project was completed in 2014 to the satisfaction of the client.
