AGR Limited was commissioned by a private client to construct a bespoke maisonette in the serene Twin Lakes Estate in Lagos, Nigeria, an exclusive residential estate developed by Chevron Nigeria Limited Pension Fund.

Our client envisioned a retirement sanctuary deeply connected to nature, featuring cozy swing chairs and bird feeding stations on the balconies to attract local birds. While the initial design was created by another architect, AGR Limited collaborated closely with the client and architect to re-engineer the layout and refine the aesthetic, ensuring the home reflected the client’s aspirations.

The residence embodies modern contemporary architecture, featuring open-plan living spaces and bedrooms with large windows and balcony doors that allow for sweeping views of the estate’s natural beauty.

Construction began in 2022, and the project is set for completion in December 2024, bringing the client’s vision of a tranquil, nature-inspired retreat to life.
