AGR Limited was commissioned by Norrenberger Financial Group to redesign and convert a residential property into functional office spaces, meeting the client’s evolving operational needs. The project commenced in February 2018 and involved extensive remodeling of the main building, the boys’ quarters, and the gatehouse.

Our team successfully transformed the main building by November 2018, creating a modern and efficient office environment tailored to Norrenberger’s specifications. To accommodate the client’s expanding workforce, we subsequently undertook the conversion of the boys’ quarters, completing this phase in 2021.
