Norrenberger entrusted AGR Limited with the remodeling of a prominent building in Ikoyi, Lagos, to serve as their Lagos headquarters. Situated on a prime 1,500 m² property, this structure features three suspended floors with approximately 1,100 m² of usable space, tailored to support Norrenberger’s growing operations.

The design includes a blend of cellular and open-plan office spaces, executive suites, training and conference rooms, and a scenic rooftop terrace. With construction in progress, the project is slated for completion by December 2024, marking a significant expansion of Norrenberger’s footprint in Lagos.
