The Nigerian Navy Headquarters Annex is a modern four-story office complex designed to enhance efficiency and comfort for naval personnel. Covering 2,800m² of usable space, the building features fire-rated aluminum cladding in the Navy’s signature colors and is fully equipped with advanced fire safety systems. 

Key amenities include a spacious reception, drivers’ lounge with kitchenette, mini gym, and fire truck bay on the ground floor. The first and second floors house office suites, open-plan workspaces, and restrooms, with a glazed link bridge connecting to the Main Headquarters. The third and fourth floors feature additional offices and a 177-seater auditorium with modern conferencing facilities. 

The project was successfully completed and handed over in December 2022, providing a contemporary and efficient workspace for the Nigerian Navy.
