The client, The Nigerian Navy, required the development of residential apartments for her officers. Each building comprise of six flats of three bedrooms apartments on three floors. each bedroom was designed with en-suite bathrooms, a large living area, dining, kitchen, store and a laundry space. AGR Limited constructed Two of these buildings for the client within a short timeline to meet this need.
